What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I have a passion for learning and am eager to share that with students at EZ Math. Tutoring is incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to contribute to a student’s growth as they gain understanding and possibly even an appreciation for a subject they once found difficult. I also love problem-solving, simplifying complex ideas, and working with like-minded individuals who are passionate about creating supportive and engaging learning environments.

As a tutor, I believe my critical thinking and problem-solving skills are among my strongest assets, demonstrated by my 99.90 ATAR and 40+ study scores. I am able to break down complex concepts and guide students through challenges effectively. Additionally, my organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that I provide structured, focused tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs to maximise their understanding.

I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student are to help them develop an appreciation for the subject, in order to motivate them to dedicate time and effort to improving. Moreover, creating a comfortable environment where they feel free to ask questions without fear of judgment and building a strong rapport that fosters open communication is essential. Additionally, a tutor should encourage independent thinking to build problem solving skills and confidence.
