What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love being able to watch my students learn and grow in both skill and confidence - it is so incredibly fulfilling to be able to see that I have been able to make a difference in the students' abilities, and it is what motivates me to continue to improve my own tutoring strategies. Being able to make a positive impact on a student's academic outcome and creating a healthy teacher-student relationship are definitely what I enjoy most about tutoring.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor are being able to find different ways to explain concepts when a student is struggling to understand how to approach a certain problem. I try to create examples that are relatable and also interactive, so that the student can have a deeper understanding of the core concepts behind questions, and how to implement these techniques in future questions.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important things a tutor can do for a student are to be able to break down and explain different concepts in a way that the student can fully understand and grasp, as well as create a safe and motivating environment to encourage the student to strive for academic excellence, whilst also having fun. I believe a good tutor is someone who is able to connect with their students in a way that makes them feel comfortable asking questions and feel inspired to improve and eventually excel.
