As our company name suggests, we want to make tutoring "Ezy" for parents, students and tutors! We're super passionate about education and especially about maths. Helping a student reach levels of accomplishment that were previously unknown changes their life and sets them up for long term success. It's a "feel good" experience for the student, for parents...and of course for us! Our testimonials are the inspiration that keep us going through hard times. Tutoring works well when it is consistent, reliable, flexible and easy to manage ... otherwise, for a combination of reasons, we don't get the impact we want.
So here's how the service works: We will organise for a local Angle Park maths tutor to reach out to you and organise the time and day for the lesson. The tutor comes to you. You can have the tutoring as often or as little as you like. There are no booking fees or "extras" of any sort. You simply get an invoice at the end of each month for the tuition time used. Best of all, your first lesson works as a trial, so if for some reason the tutor isn't a good fit for your family, you won't be charged for that lesson!
Ezy! Try us, 1300 312 354.
The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Khobi is able to express his thoughts, but suffers a bit due to his dependence on both his calculator and quick solution attempts. He needs to improve his backchecking more as most of his errors come from here.
Max is very passionate about maths and learning new concepts. He sometimes may feel pessimistic when he can't understand something but this is usually resolved by practice. Max always completes his homework and other tasks. Max usually follows my teaching and writes in conjunction with me. This is easier for me to teach as he is "learning by doing" which is essential in a course that requires both understanding and practice.
In relation to the curriculum from school, Max is doing well but may need to do more challenging questions to go above general expectations. Max needs to do more questions that focuses on problem solving. He also need attention with providing 'workings' when answering questions.
thanks for your enquiry. Isabella is enjoying her time with Manisha and the topics they are covering are all starting to sink in. Isabella likes they way Manisha explains things to her and feels comfortable in asking questions. Manisha seems like a very capable person and I like her professional manner in all things. At end of each lesson, she runs through with me what has been covered and leaves Isabella with some tips and exercises to go over during the week. I am pleased with how things are progressing and will continue until Isabella feels like she is at a place where she no longer requires assistance.
Yes, we have been very happy with how Cheyne and Juhi are getting along. Cheyne is feeling more confident about tackling her maths now and quite looks forward to her sessions with Juhi.
The tutoring is going really well. Jimmy is a great person and really good at tutoring. My son is really happy and comfortable with Jimmy. We are not taking a break over the holidays, so Jimmy is back on Wed night. Jimmy is really helping him understand his maths. Thank you for everything.
