The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Alexa is hesitant to put pet to paper for initial planning for challenging questions where she does not quite know how to begin. Her first strategy here is usually to go to her calculator. More concise and effective notes and summaries will help a lot with knowing which formula to use at which times. Alexa could also benefit from some general problem solving strategies to arm her against more difficult unfamiliar questions.
Cara continues to show a good attitude towards improvement. Cara's recent efforts have been good, and are paying off as she received 70% in a recent test. However, I would like to see her aim even higher especially for the exam period. I would like to see more of Cara's homework and classwork at each session so that I can see the effort that has been put in.
she has improved a lot as we do regular lessons Alana's doing well with current topics at school, including calculus and quadratic function, but sometimes she made silly mistakes such as multiplication of fractions. Need to have a clear mind when she's in the exam

Tuition sessions are going on really well as my son has had considerable improvements in Maths with better grades ( jumped from C to A) and much better conceptual understanding of several difficult topics. He finds Ben a gentle and consistent tutor who has kept a wonderful rapport with him. They have also covered some topics in English which helped quite a bit. I would certainly recommend Benjamin as a very helpful and effective tutor for teenagers.
Jenny is an excellent tutor. She was incredibly patient with Zoe and a really good teacher. Zoe was really happy and confident working with her and felt safe to ask questions and sometimes because of her illness she could not really concentrate but Jenny stayed patient and really worked well with her. I highly recommend Jenny.
Sam's been great for my Sam and after over a year of other tutoring which Sam hated, I can't recall one time when Sam has not wanted to do his tutoring with Sam. As a result Sam's far more engaged with Maths and has moved up a group at school for next year! Thank you for Sam's persistence and flexibility on making learning fun and exciting for my Sam!
