"Give a man a fish, he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, he will eat for a lifetime". This pretty much sums up our maths tutoring philosophy. Year after year students are bombarded with an increasing amount of content. Most students are always in catch up mode, trying to keep up with the class, cramming in some revision time right before exams, feeling anxious and unconfident. Of course it is possible to do well this way, but it is like using a hammer to cut down a tree instead of an axe. There's a...
There's a better way to succeed academically. This is where we come in. Ezy Math tutors break the cycle of inefficient learning by showing students not just WHAT to study but also HOW to study.

Didn't have much time to go through things thoroughly due to two lessons being purely about the assignment. The assignment wasn't too much of a problem, just a bit tedious with how much work was required.
Sasha is an extremely diligent student. She is highly competent in Maths for her age and is a keen and enthusiastic learner. She has a positive attitude towards learning, however I do feel that she is under pressure to succeed at such a young age.
Gaps in Amy's knowledge of the maths content appear once her class has move on from each topic. Consistent revision from now until the exam should assist in overcoming this! Our attempts at incorporating revision between lessons proved a touch challenging due to Amy's busy schedule, so we shall now aim to squeeze a couple of revision questions into our sessions, amongst the current topics.
I'd care to share something with you. Whilst our son, Jordan has yet of course to complete his HSC and not wishing to tempt fate, his trials are over. Last year, Y11 he received the award for #1 ranking in general maths. Unfortunately his teacher moved overseas and let's just say the relationship between him and his new teacher wasn't as before. His ranking swiftly dropped to sub 15! To compound matters, 10 students during Y12 dropped down from 'advanced' to 'general' pushing Jordan's overall ranking to sub 20. Then we came to you for help. Since Jordan has been studying with Suraj his standards steadily began improving once again and we're extremely happy to report that Jordan's overall trial's exam results pushed him up to 4th. Remember, this included those who dropped down to 'general.' Now that's a positive outcome. Naturally, full credit must go to Jordan but without your assistance we would be facing a very different outcome.
Nathan has really put great effort into getting to know Ronan, what makes him tick and where he can get the best out of him.
Everything is going well so far with Georgette and Sophia seems to enjoy the hour she has with her this week. She appreciates some of the new strategies she has learnt.
