Amina needs some work with note taking skills which will help her with the summary book that she will use in exams and sac's. Her confidence is a little low at the moment since she feels that she does not understand the questions. Once she is explained the basics, I believe her confidence will expand. Her corrections will also need some work. She writes the correct answer but then there is no explanation for why it is wrong.
Charlotte always has a positive attitude and is great to work with. Charlotte always puts in effort for the entire session and she is clearly a diligent worker. I have no complaints about Charlotte's work habits, you've clearly taught her well.
Need to practice to write things down, because in some complex questions when there are a lot of information given, it is easier for student to minimise confusion and avoid forgetting what was given and what was asked to solve

Tammy is great. She as a friendly manner and she is enthusiastic at every session. Lucy seems to like her and she has some great methods for teaching. She engages Lucy and makes the sessions fun and interesting bringing things along to help Lucy understand what she is trying to teach her. She is concentrating on what Lucy's weaknesses are while thinking ahead for Lucy for year 7. From my observations of the sessions I think she will help Lucy enormously. I am very happy with Tammy to date and hope that she is happy to continue on with Lucy.
