So what do we do exactly?
We'll organise an in-home Sebastopol maths tutor. They'll come over as often as you need and when you need. They will teach your child content while helping them absorb the learning skills required to succeed on their own. It's super important that your child feels the tutor is a good match for them. This is why we offer a "Good Fit Guarantee" - the first lesson is a trial. There are no cancellation costs or booking fees or any other "hidden costs". We keep it simple!
Talk to one of our consultants, help us understand what you need, when you need it, and we'll do the rest!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Titus is growing in confidence and is able to back check his work, if he thinks there might be a mistake. He is always asking questions which is a really good thing. Titus just needs to look at formatting and structure of his work as some markers are 'picky' in the way they want answers to look.
Always has a great attitude in the lessons. Always asking questions and seeking clarifications as well as seeking out to do harder questions that require multiple steps which is good to see.
A problem area is definitely not seeing similarities between questions. When he has answered a question he finds it hard to use the similarities to answer a similar question. Gaps I have noticed are in equation rearrangement and using fractions

We are very happy with the tutoring work that Adedayo has done with Harrison so far. He has quickly formed a great rapport with Harrison and are they working very well together. Adedayo has been very encouraging and has managed to give Harrison confidence in his abilities even though they have only had a few sessions together. Harrison looks forward to his tutoring and has positive approach to sitting down and working with Adedayo. We look forward to continuing the tutoring arrangements and positive outcomes for Harrison.
We are very happy with Aurelius, he has turned something that was "like another language" (according to Aaron) into something he understands and has found his first test easy. We intend to hold onto Aurelius for as long as he wants to coach Aaron.
I think one of the most valuable things I got out of working with Ezy Math is the skills I developed through being a tutor. I was learning a great deal by teaching others, gaining valuable and relevant skills such as effective communication, leadership, management and organisation. It was also extremely rewarding to witness my students progress and gain confidence over the course of tutoring them.
