What do I enjoy most about tutoring?
The experience. There's nothing I can really say to answer this question - I just enjoy sitting down, sharing what I know and helping others achieve what they can.
My Strengths as Tutor
I think as a tutor I'm relatively easy to talk to and carefree. I've always felt like I'm fairly good with people - I can easily form good, working relationships with students. I think this is doubly true as a recent High School graduate, since I would have more in common with alot of the students - and personally, I've found that a tutor/teacher who can relate to you, and just understands you in general is amazing. Furthermore, as a former student of James Ruse I've studied among some of the highest achievers in the state, and I know what it takes to do well from first hand experience.
Most important things I can do for a student
Help them understand their own potential and provide confidence in the student's abilities. It's one thing to simply tutor or mark, and another one to make sure the student is happy and confident with what they're putting down on the paper.
