Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Preparing class materials and having a solid plan is vital as it not only allows you to explain concepts more clearly but shows the students that you genuinely care about their learning. Preparation should also involve setting the students tasks to do on their own over the week as a means of tracking progress. Finally, I think allowing the student to contact me outside of class time regarding any queries they may have will go a long way in solidifying concepts that have been taught.
