Breaking ideas down to the smallest parts so that kids can understand. Trying to find new ways to explain the same thing. Seeing how well they do once they 'get it'. Seeing the kids enjoy the process.

Breaking ideas down to the smallest parts so that kids can understand. Trying to find new ways to explain the same thing. I have a lot of patience. I can adapt quickly to kids who don't learn the same way as most. As i found with music students. Most are happy to read music from the book but a few will learn better by ear. I am good with beginners and strugglers.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The only way kids can learn is if they enjoy the subject. The best thing a tutor can do is make the subject fun. Finding the balance between challenging work and easy work is a skill. If it is too hard, the child will give up. Too easy, and they will be bored.
