### What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I am very passionate about mathematics and love inspiring students to see where their learned knowledge can take them. I love seeing the moment they understand difficult content and the subsequent excitement felt. I enjoy the process of developing a rapport with students, trying to see a problem from the student's perspective and experimenting with with different teaching methods to explain the problem and solution.

### My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am good at inspiring students and making learning enjoyable. I find I can be empathetic towards student's situations and am able to adapt my teaching style to suit the student.
I have a strong knowledge of mathematics and have experience using my skills in real world problems. I find I am able to use this outside knowledge to encourage students to see where learning mathematics can take them.

### Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe a tutor must inspire and motivate. Their role is to expand and explain concepts and methods taught in the classroom in a way that connects with the student. As such, the tutor is an additional sounding board for a closer one on one experience compared to the collective classroom experience. Rapport with the student is essential for a successful outcome. A tutor also needs to be passionate whilst also being empathetic towards their situation. It is also important for a tutor to supply quality resources and to be able to show how mathematics can provide career opportunities.
