I love being around children because they are always full of energy. I feel like knowledge is something that must always be shared to grow both, as a person and as a society. If could help someone communicate effectively, it would be contributing towards that growth.

I am patient and always up for being questioned. I like being reasonable with students and have always found it useful to explain my objectives to students.

It's crucial to understand student expectations and accordingly, help the student figure out the right path. If a student is facing difficulty coping up, a tutor must anticipate needs and extend support to the best of their abilities. As mentioned earlier, it's best for the tutor to explain their objective so that the students are clear why what is being learned is important and how it can help them.
