What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy helping students to achieve their academic goals because it leaves them feeling more confident about school and actually enjoying learning and education. Often students have a negative mindset around their schoolwork and I enjoy helping break down the mental barriers that they build as well as the problems they have with their actual schoolwork.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a friendly person who likes to encourage and is very patient. I know how to break down concepts into simple explanations, and I become invested in helping other people and watching their successes.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

One of the biggest overarching problems for students in their learning is a lack of confidence. I think the most important thing a tutor can do for their students is believe in them, and communicate that faith to their students. Encouragement and praise is sometimes the difference between a student having a positive mental approach to learning compared to a negative one.
