What I enjoy most about tutoring is the satisfaction and joy seeing your students progressively improve over time and excel. I love helping others, most especially with students.

I think my strengths as a tutor is that I am very friendly and love interacting with young students to help them with their education, as well my patience and understanding that every student has their own abilities, and my differentiated approach for each student caters for the differences in their learning needs. I have an extensive background and understanding on the literature of pedagogy and can apply proven and effective teaching strategies in practice.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think that the most important things that a tutor can do for a student is to provide encouragement and meaningful feedback to students and parents on the student's achievement progress and what they can do to further extend themselves and achieve more. The most important aspect of tutoring and teaching in general is that you can see a student's progression over time. I think it is important to conduct diagnostic assessment to assess where a student's starting point is when I tutor a student for the first time on a particular topic, then formative assessing of their progress over time.
