What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I have gained an understanding that when a person have succeeded or even gained a little bit more of an understanding from me who simply pointed the right direction gave me great sense of pride and accomplishment. I grow up in a family where our job is to help others in time of need, and i believe tutoring are one of many ways I can contribute to help others.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My greatest strength as a tutor is that I have the greatest patience for my students, who no matter how small or how big something is that they don't understand, well work together until he or she have reached that point of understanding.
In the most humblest way speaking, I am kind and respectful to anyone and everyone, no matter the background of that person.
Another strength is I am adaptable to any situation. Where no student are the same, including the best way they can learn. Which I can adapt to the students preference of learning which can help them learn and understand efficiently
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to have patience and commitment towards the student in their academic endevour. Where the trust of tutor have been given to instruct and to improve the students knowledge is a privilaged responsibility that must be respected in every possible way. Preplanning and excercises are crucial to help gain deeper understanding for the student, but also the tutor must consider circumstances the student may be currently going through. A tutor must always be considerate towards the student, and must act like they are being academically tested.

Miss Priscilla clearly motivated and would not settle for less which is inspiring to see. She demonstrated that by saying she wants to implement the vegetation circle into her model for its an "A standard" on her assignment.
Miss Priscilla, undoubtedly, have the capacity to complete her maths work at a high standard. However she only needs to be shown that math is an extremely flexible subject, meaning that formulas and calculations can be appropriately be manipulated to her advantage. She just needs to exercise on her creative thinking skills and shown how to do this.

Laila quickly learned how and which scholarly articles to choose from for her physics assignment, by first reading the title, abstract and then the conclusion. This allowed her to quickly breeze through numerous articles that tend to take too long in determining its quality by reading the whole articles. She grasped the concepts of what the assignment asks of her and from giving her a structure to work her, she expressed that she is now confident in completing the physics assignment. From reviewing the laws of thermal dynamics, Laila knew which of the laws was linked to certain segments in her assignment that she needs to discuss in.
For Laila, the trouble she is having i believe is that she perceives and absorbs the information of the assignment as a whole. I would recommend for her to, rather in taking it all in at once, she should break down the assignment into small pieces in which she would feel less overwhelmed and gain more confidence in completing the assignment. She shows she will go the extra mile to achieve above satisfactory marks for this subject, but first she needs start on what is expected of her first.

Adam could easily converts decimals, fractions and percentages without much effort He engaged in finding the surface area of a prism by using the steps that were previously taught to him. Adam could not solve equations that involved in multiplying and dividing fractions, which later when we were checking the work together he claimed to remember how to do it. Which by forgetting the process of solving these equations, is an indication he needs to do more of the relevant exercises to ensure he wont forget it on the test. In finding the volume of a cylinder, adam forgot a key component in the formula that distinguishes from the area of the circle to the volume of the cylinder. for this, rather than remembering the formulas, Adam and I will go through these equations individually and determine what each of the variables represent in order to reinforce understanding.

Physics:  she gained a clearer understanding on the laws of thermodynamics and how perpetual machines go against these laws. Biology:  She learned types of antiseptic agents and understood what the assignment requires from her. She explored further on types of antiseptics and its molecular structure. Maths: In solving radicals containing fractions as a power function, she recognized the steps taken to reach the correct solution.
In physics, for the both of us, the requirements for the physics assignment were too vague to understand. She needs to consult with her teacher to clarify and provide further details about the assignment, as well as to ask if any relevant information is missing. She expresses her passion to achieve great results clearly, but for the assignment we need to break down the assignment into series of segments and to link these individual segments with to the corresponding gathered information. For biology she easily understands what she required to do, and her enthusiasm to get ahead is admirable, but she is already starting her assignment before doing the experiment. This can cause problems where she writes down her assignment with miss interpreted information and/or missing pieces of information not yet provided. The way that Laila strives to remain one step ahead should always be strongly encouraged, but she needs to recognise in being patient until she has gathered all relevant information and thereby slowing down and carefully analyze the links between the gathered data and the corresponding criteria Maths: Laila easily understood on how to solve radicals by looking at the steps to solve the solution.
