What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy the ability to help someone in an area they are struggling or wanting to achieve a better outcome. I also like the part where you also learn something new or refresh your own skills. Meeting new people from all different walks of life is also a beneficial part of tutoring.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor is I am willing to find different ways to communicate or demonstrate way of solving a problem a student is facing so they can understand it. I also have the patience to ensure a student is actually understanding the concept that is being covered. I am also eager to learn topics in my own time, so I can provide the simplest explanation to a student. Since, high school, I have also being continuing to develop my mathematics and English skills through my university studies, so I have a strong background in those fields.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is understanding their way of learning and presenting the concepts in that form, so the student can get a full grasp of the concept being taught. I also think its important for a tutor to be organised for a student so that the session flows well and does not further complicate the problem or provide inaccurate information to the student, this will ensure the student can get the most out of the session. I also believe its important to provide practice problems or questions regularly to see how the student is progressing.
