One of my greatest strengths as a tutor is my patience with students, as it is important to understand that every student learns at a different pace. Another major strength when it comes to teaching maths would be my ability to explain the same topic/concept in multiple ways, as I have often found that certain explanations are more effective on different students.Most important things I can do for a student π
As mentioned previously, patience is key when becoming a tutor. Showing impatience when a student is struggling with a topic can greatly inhibit their morale/mindset leading to a less enjoyable and productive tutoring lesson.
