What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I have always had a passion to tutor and guide as it has always given me a sense of accomplishment providing my expertise to watch others grow and perform well in their studies, so they too can feel proud of their achievements.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I have good communication skills that I believe can translate effectively in guiding students. Often times, retaining information is the most difficult part of studies, so I believe my approach of teaching by breaking down complex topics into simpler, digestible concepts is an effective solution in aiding students. I am also patient and adaptable, capable of flexibly approaching students' diffferent learning styles, while remaining patient of repetition and of their varying paces.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to deeply connect with them, providing an empathetic, encouraging stance while teaching them. A tutor must bolster a student's motivation by being someone they can understand and approach easily.

To become more efficient with problems like these, I recommend refraining from using the calculator for simple reasons. For instance, with the weighting, Micheal shouldn't stop to use a calculator just for addition, but rather calculate mentally quickly by practicing it.

I highly recommend practicing these questions and understanding/using the Hungarian algorithm alongside the UDF. Having a strong grasp of the concept without crutches will help a lot for the exam
Micheal shows good conceptual understanding of the matrix content.
Micheal shows good conceptual understanding of the matrix content.
Micheal seems to have a slight dependence on using his CAS. Answering more questions through working out by hand will help in getting a better grasp of the content.

Julian understood how to do long division on his own and some of the concepts of the chapter, in particular remainder theorem.
Needs some work on understanding factor theorem which is very important for factorising larger polynomials. Julian should also work on being more confident in his efforts, as it takes a very long time to solve questions, mostly due to not being confident in his understanding. It is imperative he learns how to factorise quadratics so later concepts are understood.
