I enjoy encouraging students and watching their confidence grow as they develop a better grasp of topics. In particular, I enjoy adapting my technique and teaching models to best suit students and ensure their success. Watching a student develop their skills and grow their confidence is very fulfilling and ultimately motivates them to remain dedicated.
