What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I personally enjoy being able to make a positive impact on the lives of students through my mentorship. I remember the impact that my tutors had not only on my motivation to study but also on my own growth and development, and I find it really rewarding to help boost students to be the best versions of themselves that they can be.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe my greatest strength as a tutor is my flexibility. No one student learns the same way, and I pride myself in being able to breakdown my explanations and teaching to suite my students unique learning styles so that they can truly grasp those larger concepts.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to listen, and to be a pillar of support they can lean on not only in their academics, but also in their personal lives. High school can be a really stressful period for students, not only in the immense pressure that students are under but also with the dramatic shifts their minds are going through. I believe that a really great tutor knows and understands this, and learns to listen and support their students in both their studying and school life, so they can be confident in their knowledge and in themselves.
