What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring is most enjoyable to me as it assists students overcome challenges beyond academics. Many struggle with confidence, disorganised study habits, or lack of motivation. I love helping them develop effective learning tools and gain self-belief, as it reflects a younger student in me, enhancing my love for investing in another student's success. Engaging them with enthusiasm and creating a positive environment makes them excited about their progress and personal growth, and makes me feel fulfilled that I am helping someone with building their skills.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe that I have a great ability to understand and adapt to each student's personal learning style, which is extremely important to me as it not only helps them understand my tutoring better, but also allows them to apply knowledge in a more efficient way. This may be understanding if they learn better by watching videos in their free time, like to write things down to process them better, or just talk to someone about what they have learnt. I also believe that I give great study habit recommendations based on student's ages.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe investing in the student's success by listening attentively, adapting to the child's learning style and creating an enjoyable learning environment is vital. By tailoring their approach to the student’s needs, tutors can enhance study habits, boost self-confidence, and provide efficient study strategies. These aspects are equally important as the content, empowering students to become independent learners.
