What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I believe that every student has the ability to learn anything, provided they are willing to put in the efforts. What is enjoy most about tutoring, is helping my students in becoming the best version of themselves. I like to get to know my students personally, and look at each of their cases individually. Every student learn at different paces and has different methods of learning. I enjoy finding the one method, the one way, which makes them click. That is, they don't feel the burden of studying, but rather, they have fun in the process.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor is that at 20 years old, I believe that I can connect better with my students and better understand them as there is not such a generation gap. Also, I am very resilient, that is, I never give up on my students, and I am very patient with them. Moreover, I am very approachable and easy to talk to. I always make myself available for my students, I am a very good listener, and I make them feel very comfortable, so that they can express themselves to me without feeling judged ,and then I can better find the root of their problems and help them more in their studies.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
For me, the most important thing a tutor can do for his student, is to make the latter find himself. This means that the tutor should first teach him how to learn, make him find ways/conditions in which he thrives the most. I believe that if the student manages to unlock that skill, irrespective of the subject, the sky is the limit for the student. The goal is to mould the student into becoming independent and enhance his critical thinking. That will set the student up for life. However, things such as teaching discipline and manners should also not go unnoticed.
