What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy being able to make a difference in student's lives. I am currently studying to become a secondary school teacher, and I strive to seek students who may be struggling, and assist them in any way possible. I believe that education should be accessible to everyone, and there is no such time that a student simply 'can't get it', instead, a different teaching/tutoring approach simply needs to be employed to meet the student's need and help them achieve their goals.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, I think my strength's lie in being able to create and utilize specialized learning approaches to meet the needs of every student. I strive to understand the needs of each student and what helps them learn, and what the barriers might be towards their goals, and then how to overcome them. I also believe that I am well organized, persistent, a good communicator and someone who is professional and punctual, hence making myself a professional and dedicated tutor.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is provide a tailored and knowledgeable support. As opposed to a teacher in a classroom who may be teaching up to 25 students, where the struggles of an individual student may be overlooked, a tutor can provide tailored, individualized educational support for an individual student, providing possibly more support than a classroom teacher provides a student to reach their individual goals.
