What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy interacting with my students, and seeing them improve in their subjects.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am very patient as I have previously taught a student who had ADHD and hyperactive before. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese as well. I am also dedicated in what I do, so I make sure to see the student/s improve in their subjects.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe that tutors should be able to recognise their students’ learning style. It is crucial as everyone has a different way to understand a content. By teaching in their preferred learning style, it can help the student to learn better, as well as for the tutor to recognise where the student is struggling at.

About My Linh

Leadership in Education and Student Engagement

My Linh brings strong leadership skills to her tutoring, demonstrated by founding and leading both a Global Stock Investment Club and an Economics Club for students. She designed interactive sessions that helped peers understand complex topics through hands-on activities, real-life case studies, and practical projects. These experiences allow her to make learning relatable and engaging, ensuring students gain not just knowledge but genuine confidence in their abilities.

Real-World Learning with a Personal Touch

This tutor’s approach goes beyond textbooks—she actively integrates current events and practical examples into her teaching. Her bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese enables her to support diverse learners, while her background in the International Baccalaureate program ensures familiarity with global educational standards. My Linh is adept at breaking down challenging concepts so they are accessible to every student, no matter their starting point.

Fostering Wellbeing Alongside Academic Growth

Recognising that academic success thrives alongside emotional wellbeing, My Linh also founded the “Box of Emotions” project. Through this initiative, she encouraged open conversations about mental health among students. Her caring nature shines through as she creates safe learning environments where children feel heard and supported—a quality parents value highly when choosing someone to guide their child’s learning journey.
