I have a passion for teaching and it is quite rewarding to engage a student in learning and to be able to see their academic improvement both short and long term. I also get to know and work with new people which I find enjoyable. To explain things in such a way as if they aren't familiar with the concept. This way they are able to understand what they are doing and why it is done in such a way. I believe understanding the concept is the most important way to be able to apply it to questions.
