In Year 10 maths, messy working and inconsistent organization—"the layout is all over the place"—made it hard to track errors during division and ratio questions.

For a senior English student, missing assigned reading ("did not read/listen to the assigned book") led to shallow analysis in summary tasks.

A primary student avoided difficult words by guessing or skipping when reading aloud; this meant new vocabulary wasn't absorbed, stalling progress with comprehension texts.

Recent Achievements

A tutor in Woodlands noticed a Year 11 student who once struggled with trigonometric concepts now completing all homework and confidently solving problems involving sine, cosine, and tangent.

Meanwhile, a Year 9 learner who previously hesitated to ask for clarification is now seeking help from both her teacher and tutor whenever she's unsure—showing real initiative.

On the primary side, one student who used to stumble over time-telling tasks has started identifying "o'clock" and "half past" times correctly without prompting, finishing a worksheet on place value independently by the end of the session.
