I enjoy seeing the moment a student understands the concept and can independently solve the questions. However, the most rewarding is the journey, rather than the destination because, you see the gradual improvement in their abilities.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths are that I have been tutored by numerous tutors and due to that experience I am able to decipher the good qualities of a tutor. Through my experience the good qualities of a tutor are to make the lessons as engaging as possible and sometimes that entails taking breaks and building a connection, so the student feels comfortable sharing their concerns without hesitations.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important is to break the ice and make the student as comfortable as possible. It is important to communicate to the student that just because they do not understnd sometihing now, does not mean that they cannot improve and eventually understand. Another important factor is to consider the personality and learning preferance of the student.
