What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I absolutely love helping other people with methods and strategies I have learned as well as seeing others be able achieve what they want! My mum used to tutor and watching her really showed me how much it can help people.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My biggest strength is patience. I could help someone with a single topic for hours without feeling any sort of frustration, my calmness in situations like tutoring is some I'm extremely proud of. Another strength I believe I'm good at is reading people. It helps in a specific way that makes it easier for me to understand why this specific person needs help the way they do and allows me to set up structures and methods that can adapt exactly to them. I'm also very social!Most important things I can do for a student π
Give the student space. I do not want the student to feel pressured or overwhelmed into thinking faster or answering quicker, as it can make them feel useless or stressed. They should feel like they can do the best they can without being timed or pressured and then when they are stuck, I can calmly help with the issue at hand. I believe tutors should be a crutch that the student is supported by, rather than a wheelchair doing everything for them!Subjects Tutored π
