That's where we come in!
We've found that students who are struggling need someone who will support their progress and make it easier to get the grades. They also need to be motivated and taught how to overcome issues, how to learn from each failure. Tutors we work with know that.
So, this is how it works.
We find local tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Bolton Point, at your home or any other place that works for you.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Good utilisation of the following learning strategies: talking aloud, self questioning, ok to be wrong and seeking understanding. Needs improvement in avoiding lazy thinking, back checking and pen to paper skills.
Ben maintains a good attitude towards his studies. However, I do think the lessons may be more worthwhile if he had more confidence and was keen in taking on slightly more challenging math problems outside of his comfort zone. Ben puts genuine effort into his mathematics as indicated by the grade he received for his recent mathematics assessment/assignment (16/20). There are no issues with Ben's work habits from what I have observed.
I don't think Gabriel has so-called "Problem Areas". I think at times he can forget certain passages of processes. For instance when dealing with negative and positive numbers in any facet. Maybe just reviewing the material after a session has been completed to let the contents sink in will help him with that. Otherwise, everything is really positive.

Thanks for all your help with Griffin over the years. Its really made a difference to his grades.
We are very pleased with the tutoring and Nafuil is a very pleasant young man and easy to talk to. I was a bit concerned that Autumn might be a bit shy with him but she really likes him and all is well. Nafiul has advised that Autumn only has small gaps in her knowledge and he is assisting her with gaining this knowledge.
Cassandra has told me that her new tutor DJ has an excellent teaching style. He shows her every step of a maths problem and encourages questions. DJ also goes to the effort of making up personalised worksheets for her based on her maths book. Thank you, DJ, the effort is appreciated.
