Year 11 and 12 Chemistry can be intimidating. Students need to learn heaps of content, be able to recognize reactions and analyse chemical systems. The number of concepts students need to master is overwhelming, and the workload only adds up as they move up the curriculum. If your child doesn't hit the ground running, if they don't develop adequate study habits it's easy to get swept away by the sheer number of demands.

If your child doesn't hit the ground running, if they don't develop adequate study habits it's easy to get swept away by the sheer number of demands.
Tutors we work with know that. They've been there. Being approached by a mentor rather than a teacher makes it easier for students to develop an appreciation for chemistry. That's what it comes down to - someone making sure your child doesn't give up.
For some students it's just passing a test, for others it's getting through QCE with flying colours, maybe even preparing for a career in STEM. Whatever the goal, we are there to support your child through it all.
So what's the next step?
Give us a call and we will organise a chemistry tutor in Burnside to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
We allocate local Burnside chemistry tutors so scheduling is never an issue. Changed your mind or need to postpone the lesson? No worries, there are no cancellation costs.
On top of that, the first lesson is a trial so if you don't like the tutor we'll find someone else who is better suited.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Christine Hoang is currently not my active student anymore. The client (Christine's mother) already informed that she will contact ezymath about this. Please refer to my previous report for more information.

There are some gaps with basic multiplication and division where he makes some small mistakes in between questions and eventually the final answer is not what it is intended to be. As stated in gaps we need to revisit multiplication and division to reinforce what we are currently working on is number operations with decimals, fractions and percentages.
Hayden is really gelling with Rohan and after last weeks session he said “best hour I've spent all weekâ€! So far so good. Rohan has turned up on time and is so organised and professional. All going really well.
The tutor you sent me on Sat is absolutely excellent. Pls don't change Mina. My kids feel really comfortable with her and finally we feel we have a winning formula.
It's got off to a great start, Beaux really likes Taran and she likes the way Taran explains things and shows her new ways of working things out. Taran has boosted her confidence and Beaux is actually able to do a lot more than we thought.
