Is your child struggling in school? Maybe the grades haven't started to plummet and there might be no big red flags yet, but you've noticed an overall shift, especially when it comes to science subjects.
Parents look for local Castle Cove physics tutors for help, but most are usually not sure what kind of support their child needs.
That's where we come in.
Physics is a tricky subject. It's one thing to understand a concept, but problems become impossibly complex pretty quickly. With difficult worded questions, for instance, it's not just about knowing the formulas, it's a whole leap in thinking as well.
Getting regular tutoring is a great way for students to really cement what they've quickly gone over in school. In order to excel at physics, students need to be able to navigate through details, but also analyse ideas in an appropriate way. With someone who's done it before by their side, it definitely feels less overwhelming.
The right tutor makes it easier to connect each individual dot and make the necessary leap to scientific thinking. We can match you with the right physics tutor in Castle Cove within a day or two. All we need is to have a quick chat to figure out what kind of support your child needs.
The first lesson comes as a free trial with a money-back guarantee and we charge a simple hourly rate, no other fees. As simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
It has been good to see Amilia adopt some strategies that I have suggested such as underlining key parts of the question, this has improved her ability to interpret questions. As for exam and SAC preparation I have advised her to condense her bound reference to only include key concepts, formulas and examples. Right now her bound reference is full of comprehensive notes which is good but in the exam she may waste precious time trying to find relevant information to the questions.
3/4/18- Changed Math Class and is trying catching up to class work. Needs to get on top of this workload. 5/4/18-Joanna needs to begin researching Othello & O.J Simpson TV series to grasp understanding of the study of this literature. 10/4/18- Joanna keen to move through content quickly to keep up with class.
I have seen her being more confident in the last two sessions, especially in her times table. She needs to keep practicing different types of problems from her textbook, so she can strengthen her basics.
Andy is great and all is going very well. We are very happy with Andy he is helping Tylah with her maths.
El-Abed is doing s great job. El-Abed has managed to get my daughter, Faith, to agree to a 90min session weekly which should work well as she has some work to do.
Sophie is already getting alot out of her tutoring. Jessica is fantastic and has quickly got to know what Sophie needs. We will definately be staying.
