Ideally tuition should be a simple and positive experience for everyone involved - that means students and parents and of course, tutors too! Private tutoring is popular because it works. What could be better than a tailored 1-on-1 approach where 100% of the instructor's time is spent understanding and helping the student? The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Learning to be confident in answers even if the answers are wrong. He talks aloud in problems only if I ask him to do so for the question, and knows what to say when talking aloud. Sometimes skips some lines while doing problems to save doing lines and paper, which I think could be worked on. But sometimes he also adds extra lines that have helped him avoid making minor errors while solving problems.
Sara wants to achieve so she wants to understand the topics. She will always ask for clarification on something if it still doesn't make sense.Sara will always get the questions assigned done .
Currently Mimo struggles most with multiplication and division. However, over the past few weeks she has made a fantastic improvement. Previously she had almost no idea how to do division at all on her own and now she understands and is capable of answering 1s, 2s, 3s, 5s & 10s. At the moment she is really struggling with dividing and multiplying with 4s, however with a bit more practise and effort I fully believe she will be able to do this.

Thank you very much to Jason, he was a great tutor and an incredibly nice person, we appreciate his efforts.
Dana was fantastic, so good that I passed my exam and got 98 percent in maths. Thank you.
I would be more than happy to be part of Ezy Math Tutoring again to continue motivating, encouraging and making more students feel that mathematics are easy and fun. I will never forget the day - the day before I left Sydney - when I went to one of my students' house to say good bye. That day, Mattheu let me know that he had been upgraded in his maths class, from 4th to 3rd level. When we started our tutoring sessions, he was on the 6th level of his maths course, and during the first two months, every day I asked him how everything at school had been that day, he replied "it was boring". Over that year that we were having our maths classes, he was being upgraded from 6th, to 5th, then 4th and finally 3rd that day when I went to his place to say good bye. Before I left his place, he said to me "Andres, I want to be a doctor, I want to study a PhD, like you... thank you". That very moment, when you are able to help others, contribute to society, etc, is simply priceless. Being a tutor was a great experience and I am still missing my students.
