Recent Challenges

A Year 12 Chemistry student had difficulty recalling key chemical equations during test revision, especially for ocean acidification and exoskeleton formation—"memorising the specific reactions was a sticking point," noted one tutor.

In Year 11 Maths, skipping steps when differentiating under time pressure led to persistent sign errors, particularly with chain rule and kinematics problems.

Meanwhile, a Year 7 student often struggled to translate worded maths problems into equations; the first step alone felt overwhelming.

For English in Year 10, reliance on copying large slabs of quotes rather than synthesising ideas slowed essay progress and limited original analysis.

Recent Achievements
