Joav was fantastic. He was incredibly engaged in the girl’s success and I would say was probably even more proud of a good school test result than my husband and I. He also adapted really well to the personalities of my two daughters, ages 11 and 13. They are both very different and he was able to find ways to relate to both of them and really get through to them. He communicated really well with me in relation to timing of the sessions. He was flexible, always on time. Incredibly polite and professional.
