What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
As an undergraduate student, I want to keep my mind exercised often with maths and this can be achieved by tutoring someone. I like to elevate the knowledge of another student this is something I enjoy in tutoring, even during my classes.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths lie mainly on STEM subjects. Back in high school I scored the highest in all the subjects. Mainly in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I got awards for year 2020/2022. My Physics professor called me to be his assistant during teaching to assist him in teaching the year 11 class. Now that I have experience dealing with queries of students during class I believe I find teaching mathematics more easy since physics also has mathsMost important things I can do for a student π
My approach is to first teach the student the concept in the topic area. Then show the student with examples with increasing difficulty. Finally give questions for the student to solve alone by providing some time to think and answer alone. Then guide the student with correct (if answered wrong) and efficient (time saving strategies) methods to answer the problem. And later discuss with the student any clarifications.Tutoring students in π¦ π§
