I have a strong grasp on my subjects and I always prepare before sessions which allows me to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner, making it easier for students to understand difficult concepts. 2. I am passionate about education and to inspire and motivate students. 3. I encourage students to ask questions. It creates an interactive environment where students feel comfortable seeking clarification, exploring concepts, and deepening their understanding of the subject. 4.I believe in lifelong learning and I believe that I can also learn from my students.
