What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most enjoyable thing about tutoring is the moment the child understands the topic and you can see it 'click' for them. It's a really rewarding feeling to know that you have made a difference to them.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, my biggest strength is the ability to logically set out steps to solve a problem and break down bigger problems into manageable chunks. Additionally, I am able to explain something in different ways, appreciating that different students learn in different ways, especially when in comes to maths.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident enough to make mistakes and learn from them. It's also important to encourage independent critical thinking skills which are useful regardless of what subject the student ultimately ends up studying.
