What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring fulfils my inward desire to help others and to see them flourish in areas and subjects which they might have previously found difficult. I enjoy seeing students become more confident in their abilities and excel at a school. On a personal level, I am well aware of the positive impact supportive individuals can have on a person attaining their educational goals; my year 7 school average being 33% but myself finishing year 12 with a 90+ ATAR. Having the opportunity to be that positive force in a student's life is highly fulfilling which is why I thoroughly enjoy tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor I would say that my strengths are clear communication as well as my flexibility. As a university student I have a open timetable and can easily accommodate the needs of students requiring weekly tutoring sessions. I am also friendly, approachable, and patient. Further, I am well acquainted with the necessary math and English skills needed myself achieving on a highly level. I think all of these qualities make me an excellent tutor.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to build confidence by patiently guiding and supporting them. Oftentimes students underperform because they doubt their ability. Helping them realise their protentional and capabilities is an empowering thing and can have a lasting impact as they achieve their academic goals.
