Being an approachable tutor so as to ensure that the students do not hesitate to ask any question regardless of how easy or hard a question is. Insecurity about a student’s knowledge gap plays a huge part in hesitating to ask questions in class or outside of class. By being approaching, students are able to make the most out of the tutor - a resource readily available to them - by allowing themselves to indulge in greater knowledge through tutors. Keeping contact with the tutor outside of class is also essential in abolishing the insecurities in class to also help them seem more approachable.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
