What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love to see students grasp various concepts that may be challenging or niche and apply their knowledge confidently in exams or assignments. Socialising with students of many ages is another factor that makes me enjoy tutoring, as I love to surround myself with young children. Additionally, it is rewarding and fulfilling to see how my speech and actions are reflected in the students\' learning which makes me joyful to see them succeed and grow.

As a tutor, I am very empathetic and understanding, which is crucial in building a student\'s confidence and growth, as it helps them rely upon and ask more questions. This prompts them to gain a deeper and more coherent understanding of the content taught, acting as a significant element in increasing marks. Another strength I have is thinking creatively to develop engaging activities and exercises that make learning enjoyable. It helps students become motivated to learn which changes their attitude towards school and study.

Having strong adaptability skills is vital for students. Every student is unique, hence the teaching style must be adjustable and smooth. What works for one student may not work for another, so being able to adapt your approach is essential. Also, prioritising mental health over grades is very important as students can feel assured that they have constant support, reflected in their studies. Finally, tutors can identify areas that require further focus and modify the lesson plan appropriately by frequently evaluating the student\'s progress through casual checks, quizzes, or assignments.
