The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is the feeling of intrinsic reward when another is able to learn off me. Enabling someone else to improve at something or be able to understand it gives me great pleasure. The most important thing is that the student feels comfortable with the tutor and that they enjoy their teaching sessions. As soon as the student is comfortable, they will be much more engaged in the task at hand.
