The interaction between students and teachers is fascinating as it is not just the students who are learning but also the teacher in the process. I tend to learn new things every day when I teach.

A tutor should be able to listen and answer patiently to students' questions and opinions. A tutor can develop efficacious teaching strategies for students to understand and learn. Most importantly, a tutor should be interactive with students and should motivate them to achieve their academic goals.
