What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I love being able to break things down for my students in a way which makes sense for them and in general just being a figure which they can rely on and ask questions. I really find satisfaction in seeing the tangible improvements my teaching has had on their results.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I have achieved fairly high results in my HSC, so obviously my knowledge is there, but I have been on both sides where I have performed really poorly and have also been elevated through the assistance of a tutor. As I have been in the position of a poorly performing student, I know how to break things down in an easy to understand manner and my experience with other tutors has made me realize the easiest way to display this information to a student.Most important things I can do for a student π
Being a figure that the students can trust and rely on is extremely important. I think that a tutor providing academic help is the bare minimum, but also just being a good role model and someone that the student can look up to is probably the x-factor that lets the student trust the teacher to give the best answer to all their questions, academic or not.Subjects Tutored π
