As a tutor, I always make sure to create a very positive and collaborative environment during my sessions which lead students to feel comfortable to ask any questions they might have. Additionally, I like to plan out the activities before any tutoring session but I am very adaptable and able to modify activities as needed. Moreover, I have been trained as a tutor for the past 2 years at my job and have mastered many facilitation skills that will help me succeed as a tutor here.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to challenge them to think critically and solve problems on their own. Along with challenging students, a tutor must also use positive reinforcements in order to build a student's confidence and keep them motivated.
