What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I most enjoy watching students understand concepts that they previously didn’t think they would be able to understand. This builds their confidence and in turn their overall attitude towards school.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

- Strong communicator - Organised - Have completed the highest level math at school and now taking math subjects at university

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The tutor has to look at problems/concepts from the students point of view which requires a good relationship between tutor and student. There also needs to be a strong element of trust such that the student feels comfortable to let the tutor know if they don’t understand a concept or would like an explanation to be repeated. The tutors main goal should be to make sure the student feels comfortable and feels as though they have sufficient knowledge with respect to the content being taught.
