I love those moments when something finally makes sense for a student and you can see their confidence grow. It's such a good feeling to know I've helped make learning a bit easier and less stressful for them. My strength would be perseverance, adaptability, and emphaty. I would try and give my best for my students, I am willing to put extra effort if that means I can assist better for my students. I am also an adaptable person, I can effectively engage students with different personality, and I always able to provide what they need (eg, do extra practice, revise concept, solve homrwork). Lastly i am a very emphatic person. I always understand people easily, and put myself in their shoes.
