What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The most fulfilling part of tutoring for me is seeing a studentβs confidence grow when they finally understand something that once felt out of reach because I was once that student. I remember how frustrating it felt not to get something right away, and how much of a difference it made when someone took the time to explain it in a way that clicked. That experience shaped how I approach tutoring.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
Iβd say patience is one of my biggest strengths as a tutor. I understand that learning takes time, and Iβm always willing to explain things in different ways until it makes sense. I try to create a calm, supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is listen, really understand where the student is struggling, and what kind of support they need. From there, it's about guiding them, not just giving answers, but helping them develop the skills and confidence to solve problems on their own. Encouragement and patience go a long way in making a student feel capable and motivated.
