What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
For me, I enjoy seeing students exceed their limits and do problems that they aren't able to do before. Helping others understand and master each of their subject(s) is my passion and seeing them happy after understanding a difficult subject(s) brings much joy to my heart. Also, to me, tutoring isn't just about helping others, it is also about continuous learning. I love how you can enjoy work while learning in addition to helping others.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I strive to create a supportive and fun learning environment where my students can feel comfortable and cared about. I communicate topics respectfully, patiently, and enthusiastically, I break down complicated topics into much relatable terms and help students understand basic concepts. With my efficient learning strategies (including healthy learning habits and deliberate practice), I am confident in ability to make students succeed across subject(s) and build lifelong learning skills.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think being patient, open, and understanding is the most important thing in tutoring. For me, back when I was a student, I love when my tutors let me use my methods first, then gave me efficient learning strategies to excellently work, as this also aligns with your philosophy, I want to implement this with my future students as-well. A tutor is supposed to be a students friend, a guide, and not the opposite. In my opinion, to prioritize students first should be a tutor's goal.
