What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The "Eureka" moment of the students! I enjoy teaching my students fishing, rather than giving them a fish. And thus, then watching them unlock their full potential and use 100% of their respective abilities in learning, is the most fulfilling part for me.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I take pride in being able to easily step into the shoes of students, and help them navigate through it. I can do this effortlessly by breaking complex concepts into simple-and easily understandable step, so that students can actually make sense of what they are learning. I'm patient and encouraging, so students realise that there is no such thing as stupid questions, and can ask any doubts, as many times, without hesitation.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
For me, the most important thing a tutor can do is help students stop fearing what they don’t know. Once that fear is gone, they can focus on real learning instead of just chasing marks. A tutor’s role is to guide them to see mistakes as part of the process, build their confidence, and make knowledge something they’re curious about rather than something they’re scared of. Basically, prioritising excellence and learning over marks.
