What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I can’t say for myself what the best thing about actually tutoring is, but I have had a tutor for maths before and the best thing is building a connection 1 on 1 with my tutor and being comfortable to ask questions that I would have otherwise not asked in class.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am quite an experimental learner, so I have trialed many different ways of learning and studying. This would mean that my students would be able to spend more time learning the content, as opposed to learning how to learn. I am also quite personable and have been able to befriend people of all types of backgrounds and perspectives. This puts me in a great position to connect with students, regardless of their attitude towards schoolwork.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is display a great sense of understanding in regards to their learning. Although I am in a position where I understand most mathematical concepts, I maintain that it is fundamental to remain patient when it comes to where the student is in their learning.
